Blue Diamond Resorts is upgrading its Diamond Club and Star Class room categories, with the enhancements to roll out at Royalton and Planet Hollywood resorts starting Oct. 1.
There will be an increase in the number of butlers per resort, substantially improving the ratio of butlers to rooms. According to Blue Diamond, the additional butlers will help guarantee "a truly personalized experience" for Diamond Club and Star Class guests as well as create jobs.
Also, Blue Diamond is broadening the selection of top-tier drinks and liquors available at Diamond Club and Star Class bars and lounges.
Guests in both room categories will have access to upgraded culinary offerings, including dedicated breakfast venues and improved room service, which will include wine and beer.
The changes follow a 2021 partnership between Blue Diamond and Marriott International, under which more than 20 properties -- including 10 Royalton and three Planet Hollywood all-inclusives -- joined Marriott's Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio.
